While fishing is generally very good, it is still fishing. We don't guarantee a limit catch. What we DO promise, and to strive for in every trip we make, is to provide you with a lasting memory for your group. We will work very hard to give you the trip you deserve, every time!
Our Equipment
We operate a 2018 Ranger 621FS with all of the required USCG safety equipment on board. Everything is labeled for your convenience and in case of an emergency. We invite you to ask any and all safety questions during the safety briefing prior to leaving the dock or at any time you'd like to during your trip.

My name is Kurt VanKoevering. I am the Captain of the vessel, Good Karma, and the owner of Good Karma Charters LLC. I pride myself in my work ethic and my intense desire to give you the best fishing experience that your hard-earned money can buy. I will give you an honest day's work when you book with me. I will do my absolute best to *earn* your business!

I will give you what I would expect to get if I were to book a charter, which I do several times a year.
Our Services
We offer a variety of fishing trips for anglers of all skill levels. From half-day trips to multi-day excursions, we have something for everyone. Our services include guided fishing trips, use of our equipment, cleaning and bagging of fish, and in depth instruction with hands on interaction. We also offer custom trips to fit your specific needs. From Lake Michigan salmon to lake Erie walleye and perch trips, we have you covered from coast to coast in Michigan!
